Frequented by downtown cool kids, Dr Clark is a surprisingly sceney spot that happens to be the first restaurant in the city to focus on Japanese Hokkaido cuisine. If you're heading there with a group, it's totally worth it to spring for one of their two tasting options: Dr Clark's Choice ($72), which includes the Jingisukan table-top grill experience, and the Chef's Course ($95), a curated selection of five seasonal dishes with dessert.
