The second restaurant from Sungchul Shim, chef and owner of the Michelin-starred Kochi, Mari, which means "roll" in Korean, reimagines Korean street food in the form of beautiful hand rolls featuring high-end ingredients from snow crab to caviar to Wagyu. They're all served up course by course in a bright modern space in Hell's Kitchen.
