Over the weekend, between 11am and 5pm, Lower East Side restaurant CO-OP, found in the Hotel on Rivington, hosted the Lost & Found Brunch. Depending on whether you favor cutting loose after a heavy week or taking some time for yourself over the weekend, CO-OP had something for everyone.
Saturday's guests were given the chance to 'lose' themselves with a brunch featuring unlimited Bloody Marys, live music from Christo and Raphael from El Citron and DJs on rotation - think of it as a party brunch.
Sunday's guests were given the opportunity to 'find' themselves with the option of a yoga class in the glass penthouse of the hotel followed by a calm brunch with acai berry cocktails as well as teas and smoothies focused on detoxing and rejuvenating the body.
Guests on both days enjoyed a menu created by Chef John Keller which featured Dulche De Leche French Toast, Huevos Rancheros Tostadas, Spicy Tuna Eggs Benedict and the CO-OP signature, Chicken Lollipops.
[Fried Chicken and waffles. Yum!]
