If you, like us, follow a certain circle of Cool Girls on the 'gram, you may remember some snaps from the ASOS and/or Glossier holiday parties back in December, posted posed and perfect in a plush pink space we'd never heard of: Short Stories. A little snooping revealed that it was a soon-to-be-opened new watering hole on the Bowery, playing host to some stylish soirees ahead of its official debut.

Well, now it's here! And while you don't have to be an insider to get inside, we'd suggest dressing your best - you're likely to be rubbing elbows with some of the city's chicest fashionistas.

It's no wonder the bar and eatery (whose partners include restaurateur Danny Teran and Williamsburg Pizza investor Ashwin Deshmukh) is already so beloved by the Insta set; the cozy space is practically made to be photographed, with its shades of pink, exposed brick wall, and built-in bookshelf boasting high-end glossies. In the back, royal blue banquettes and geometric tables take the stage - and don't forget the white marble bar.

Since we know you're wondering: yes, they serve brunch, and yes, it's worth posting about. On the weekends, Paris hot spot Season takes over the kitchen, serving up its cult favorite green pancakes and tartines on (you guessed it!) pink plates. At night, find bites like seared prawn, crispy fish sandwiches, and, the vegan-must, Impossible Burgers for dinner. Then stick around sipping cocktails until way after midnight. An ideal one-stop shop if you ask us.
