Make room in your tv queue, because

Deadline recently reported that Time Studios has officially paired up with Niki Russ Federman and Josh Russ Tupper to develop a new scripted series based on their family's iconic New York City food Mecca.

As fourth-generation members of the classic Lower East Side culinary institution that is Russ & Daughters, they've certainly lots of history to pull from to power the plot for the sure-to-be hit show...

Opened by Joel Russ in 1914, the East Houston Street shop - still in the same location today! - has been serving up Jewish delicacies such as smoked fish, bagels, bialys, caviar and more to lines of faithful customers ever since.

“What started as an immigrant story about pursuing a new life in America grew into generations of family members with their trials and tribulations set against the backdrop of dozens of critical moments in our society,” shared Kaveh Veyssi, Time Studios’ VP of Film & TV.

We're thinking this will be very Yellowstone meets Mad Men meets The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel - no?
