Her anchor gig has been a bit of a letdown with low ratings and no hope in sight, and now news staffers at CBS have authorized a strike. While this group is not directly related to the union leading the television and screenwriter strike, its timing will certainly increase pressure on CBS.
In any event, if there is a strike this will obviously leave Katie with a work outage. We are wondering if she will file a Dan Rather-esque lawsuit for having "too little to do". Maybe the CBS news staffers are out to get Katie?!
