- Don’t assume that because of your gender identity that guys or girls aren’t interested.
- Remember that if you feel great, you look great and that sparks trans euphoria, and in my humble opinion that’s the best time to flirt. Who doesn’t love an ego boost?
- Secret Weapon: guy friends. Having a platonic guy friend accompany you out and about is always a smart move. Men will always want what another man has (I don’t make the rules). A good wingman, emphasis on man, is great because they can tell when a guy is feeling you and can tell you if it’s a good idea to approach someone.
- Body language: While dating shouldn’t feel like a job interview, the process is not dissimilar. Crossing your arms and legs as well as leaning away from a person you’re speaking with can convey shyness or worse, disinterest.
- Above all else, travel in a pack. Approaching any social situation is far easier when your girls are in toe. Stepping out with your crew is not just good for safety, but also, who's a better sounding board than your girl friends?
