Live From PJ's Pancake House, Princeton, NJ

by Rachelle Hruska · July 14, 2008

PJs Pancake House Coffee today was at PJ's Pancake house. From the Hamptons to Princeton, the prices have dropped but the carbs have risen for me. Though it's been months since I have been here on the weekend, I am positive the lines outside this pancake house, where droves of Ivy League pancake lovers flock to enjoy stacks of pancakes, (Einstein himself is rumored to have favored the spot), are still down the block.

    More story and photos below:

PJBesides the pancakes, PJ's is known for the wall and table graffiti found all over the restaurant, you know, because every Ivy Leaguer knows that it's their number one job to leave their mark on the world. Today I found out that PJ's has it's very own blog (albeit rudimentary) for more coffee and pancake ramblings to help you procrastinate during those weeknight study sessions.
