Drinking & Dining: Lyran
Housed in an old-world inn and conceptually brilliant from first bite, Lyran works with local farmers, fisherfolk and foragers to source a kaleidoscope of vibrant seasonal ingredients. The house aperitif of rhubarb and fennel with gin is a fine place to begin. A menu of individual ingredients swirl themselves into three amuse bouches and a five course vegetarian or pescatarian offering, hovering around 600 SEK ($62 USD) sans wine pairing.
