In other wine news, Ace of Spades ( Armand de Brignac, owned by Cattier) is debuting their new blanc de blanc (100% chardonnay) at Dune tonight. The extremely exclusive label with its blingtastic bottles owes its fame (and possibly its inception) to to Jay Z, who dubbed it his potable of choice after Cristalgate. Get your mitts around a bottle while you can, as this baby's pretty hard to get ahold of (and, at $300/bottle expensive).
