Margherita Missoni
Known as the heiress to her family’s Missoni fashion house, the high-end Italian label known for its colorful knitwear designs. Margherita was once an aspiring actress, so she crossed the Atlantic to study in New York City, majoring in philosophy at Columbia University, attending Stella Adler acting school and the Lee Strasberg Theater Institute. After encountering obstacles in the US due to university credits, Missoni returned to Italy and settled in the country while still being close to the brand's headquarters, where she now pursues her design career. She already has her own line ‘Margherita Missoni’ which has collaborated with Splendid and Pottery Barn Kids. Lastly, she was honored with the American Award of the Italy-USA Foundation for having helped the relationship between Italy and the United States. Cosí dolce!
