Fans of Thomas Keller but can't swing French Laundry? Same! Keller outpost, Ad Hoc, is an incredible destination. With farm to table options and a menu changing daily it was an exciting and tangible dining experience. Apparently, they do fried chicken on Sunday's and it's life changing.
