We really can't say enough about this hotel! The chef creates mouthwatering international fare with a Balinese twist. In keeping with the eco-consciousness of the hotel, the kitchen uses organic vegetables, seafood from Jimbaran Bay, and fruits and spices from the hotel property. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, it’s worth taking a trip into the jungle for this menu!
Try the braised octopus and pan seared foie gras!
