Ozio Restaurant and Cocktail Lounge - 1813 M Street NW
Although this multi-floor venue offers a Mediterranean menu, most Washingtonians aren't heading to Ozio Restaurant and Cocktail Lounge for the food. Instead, locals breeze straight upstairs to the rooftop terrace to take part in their rocking late-night parties. (They're also one of only a few bars in the District that provides for cigar service.) Brightly lit and usually featuring a DJ, this heated open-air deck combines the the high energy momentum of a nightclub with the aesthetic of a futuristic sky lounge.
