Rocket Bar - 714 7th Street NW, DCGames: Billiards, shuffleboard, darts, board games, Buck Hunter HD Other details: Before Caps games, this bar is always packed with people playing their own games and enjoying their cheaply priced drinks across from the Verizon Center. Even though Rocket Bar is decorated like a 10-year-old boy's room, we still love it.
