Social Work & Social Justice

Ashley began her career in social work helping families access resources, and eventually made it to the Delaware Center for Justice, where she was named executive director, focusing on criminal justice reform. She helped establish programs focusing on public education, adult victim services, gun violence, incarcerated women, and community reentry, along with an art program for incarcerated youth as well as a gun violence pretention initiative, SWAGG: Student Warriors Against Guns and Gangs. She stepped down last year in anticipation of her dad's presidential bid, but we can be sure that her public service will continue.
