3. Getting that TV Look
The first rule for getting your skin prepped for TV is to NOT go tanning! Everyone is always surprised to hear this. Whether you get your tan from the sun or a box, it will not look good on TV.
Don't underestimate the power of white strips to whiten your teeth.
If you have the means, carve out an hour or two before filming and spend it with a makeup artist. It's always so tough to watch a glammed up Real Housewife kick it with her normal looking friend or sister. You don't want to be the 'blah' one, so spend the $100 and get your face done. A trained professional will make you appear blemish-free on the camera, as well as highlight or downplay your facial assets.
