If you're wondering where all that money you spend at Zara is going, we have your answer.
Marta Ortega, the daughter of billionaire mogul Amancio Ortega, whose Inditex fashion group is best known for the Zara chain, just wed in an extravagant affair being called the Spanish "Wedding of the Year." Big surprise there.
On Friday, she said "I do" to model agent Carlos Torretta at her family home in Spain wearing a custom gown by Pierpaolo Piccioli for Valentino Haute Couture. And while the stunning photos (by Peter Lindberg, natch) depict the look in black-and-white, the sleek ensemble was actually a pale pink. After the ceremony, the couple hosted a cocktail party at the Royal Yacht Club in A Coruña, followed by a Saturday night reception at Casas Novas Equestrian Center, attended by 400 A-list guests, reportedly including Jessica Springsteen and Athina Onassis. Sofia Sanchez de Betak, for one, posted an Insta from the festivities alongside Coldplay's Chris Martin, who performed "Yellow" for the bride and groom's first dance. He wasn't the only celebrity entertainer, however; according to Hello!, Norah Jones and Jamie Cullum also performed.
