A COVID tale as old as time...
Royals weren't immune to the wedding standstill that was 2020. Like many couples desperate to tie the knot, Prince Philippos of Greece and Denmark and Nina Flohr opted for a micro-affair back in December of 2020, saying I Do in St Moritz in front of just their fathers.
But of course, that couldn't be it for the royal pair. Not too long after their intimate ceremony, Philippos and Nina celebrated with a big bash this summer held at Alice Naylor-Leyland's stunning estate, Stibbington House. But like, when you're a Prince (even if it's just of Greece and Denmark which sounds super chic but like in reality doesn't really mean much), you're going to need a little more pomp and circumstance.
This weekend, for the third (and final?) time, the duo stepped out for yet another wedding, this time in Athens. Obviously, all of high society significance were there. Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank, Queen Sofia of Spain, Prince Ernst August and Princess Ekaterina of Hanover, Prince Christian and Princess Alessandra of Hanover, Princess Tatiana Radziwill, Sabine Getty, and perhaps the best dressed of the entire affair, Olympia of Greece.
Curious for a look inside the first Greek royal wedding held at the Metropolitan Cathedral of Athens since 1964?
