What inspired you to start Mix 21? (and those delicious cookies!)
Michele Bass: I was inspired to start Mix 21 because of my love of baking and the prodding and support of my friends and family to do so. I was in the jewelry business for so long and needed a change. That change was to take something I love, my creative outlet which is cooking and baking, and turn it into something successful. The idea was to create a modern take on family Italian cookie recipes passed down to me. We want to share these flavors with everyone and hope they love them as much as our family and friends do.
