Going Without The Usual Glam

The usually well-coiffed ladies who lunch have had to embrace the natural look this summer - if, of course, they don't have their own personal glam squad on the payroll. 

A lack of staffing has made weeks-long waitlists at hair and nail salons the norm, according to Vanity Fair. "We have a two-week waiting list, and some hairdressers have a one-month waiting list," one Amagansett salon and spa owner told the publication. "The phone is ringing off the hook. We can’t answer all the calls, so they’re emailing to get appointments. I’ve never seen that before. We can’t answer fast enough."
