I think (slash hope) it's safe to say that we've exited the 'My Super Sweet 16' birthday phase of insane budgets, light displays, dramatic car reveals and surprise musical guest appearances. I mean, unless you're a Kardashian, in which case the art of the epic party is still alive and well.
The New York fashion world favorite turned English countryside living Pinterest board Amanda Brooks just hosted the most tasteful, magically bohemian birthday soirée for her daughter Coco, and as you can tell, we are struggling not to swoon. A garden party held beneath a blue canopy tent, decorated with a patchwork floor of oriental rugs, a u-shaped table draped in mismatched Indian tablecloths, and freshly picked roses sprinkled about. For us, a dream. For Brooks, just another casual affair at the barn.
