Taking The Breakup To Court
Cue every wealthy person's favorite way to get at someone: litigation! Cloobeck filed two lawsuits against Gurzanski, claiming she scammed him for expensive gifts, lied to him, used his property for sexy photo shoots without his knowledge. In fact, he now claims he had no idea what she was doing on OnlyFans, and was furious when he found out.
"She’s buying all this lingerie. I’m like, Okay, I think it’s for me. No. She’s wearing it so she can do these fucking porno shoots, and I’m blinded. I’m buying all this makeup. I’m buying all her hair extensions. I’m buying everything. Believe me, everything. And I’m like, ‘So you’re using my money to make money on OnlyFans? I’m not getting this program here,’" he said.
In the filings, he claims her modeling career is illegitimate and that fashion shoots, like her Elle México cover, were “pay-to-play.” (She denies ever paying for the feature.)
He wants his money and property back, an apology, and, since she took photos at his place, with his things, he wants copyright ownership of her photos.
