Gurzanski, however, claims that he was obsessive, and has been harassing and stalking her since their fallout. She filed a restraining order against him, claiming to be “in fear for [her] life and well-being.” She says Cloobeck has been acting “erratic,” “disturbing,” and “abusive,” had posted nude photos of her on the internet without her consent, and posted the address of her apartment on the internet, encouraging people to go get his stuff.
She also says he knew all about her job and the photo shoots, even going so far as to have nude photos of her blown up on his walls at home.
“He wanted to show me off,” she told VF. “The photos made me uncomfortable because he would invite his son and daughter in his bedroom, and there’s a huge photo of me naked on the wall.”
Despite offering to return all the gifts he purchased for her, Gurzanski says, he still won't leave her alone. "He won’t go away," her lawyer says. "We have hundreds of emails from this guy, phone calls, attempted contacts through third persons, calling girlfriends of hers, asking them to get her to call him."
In one text he reportedly told her, "We will make sure you never sleep well until you are wearing orange and resting behind bars."
