Potato Salad
Potato Salad is a mainstay at July 4th celebrations, often carrying around too much fat and carbs. Try mixing tri-colored baby potatoes with sweet potatoes with one portion of low fat mayo, one portion probiotic plain low fat yogurt, a tablespoon of french dressing, and egg whites for added protein. Start with less mayo and more yogurt and add more depending on your taste. Throw in a handful of cauliflower for crunch and use Himalayan Pink Salt as an a substitute for salt along with tumeric and pepper for flavor.
