In case you have been living under an actual rock, 2018 has been the year of "clean eating." From Keto to Dash diets, everyone and their bestie is trying to eat healthier. One of the trendiest (and most effective) plans right now is Whole30. Essentially, you cut out carbs, sugar, dairy, legumes, tofu, and peanuts for, well, 30 days. While it's a great way to reset your bod (especially if you have a Labor Day beach trip coming up), it definitely leaves you with more foods you can't eat, than things you actually can.
