You're stressed

Take care of your mental health! Stress causes the body to produce more of the hormone cortisol, which is responsible for stubborn (and super bad for you) visceral fat, which usually forms around your belly. It may also have you reaching for high-fat, unhealthy foods. Be mindful, start meditating, or just practice some breathing exercises when that familiar feeling starts creeping in.
