What’s the best way for beginners & people heading back to the gym after a long hiatus to approach getting into a fitness routine that sticks?
It’s important to remember that any routine has to start somewhere, and you really just have to… start! One step at a time. Don’t beat yourself up at the beginning for progress you may not see yet, stick with it and remember, good things take time and patience. Additionally, it is a lifestyle. Every part of your day should be with respect to your goals, like getting enough sleep, drinking water, eating nutritious foods, enjoying time with loved ones. All things that make you feel good and continue to work towards your goals.
