Little changes go a long way. Dressing on the side instead of mixed in, sweet potato instead of bread, water or Heineken 0.0 instead of alcoholic beverages! You have so many options and sticking to your diet does not have to mean giving up your favorite things. It means enjoying them in moderation and finding better options for the majority of the time.
