Have you been finding it difficult to relax lately? What are some ways you've been able to take a step back for yourself?
I think it’s important we lean into our feelings during this moment. Everything is a trigger these days and if we don’t find moments of calm, we can’t operate at our best. To me, finding calm means taking much needed time for self-care. Baths have always been a healing place for me and I’ve always used them to help unwind physically and mentally.
