What's your relationship with CBD? Do you incorporate it into your wellness routine in other ways?

CBD was introduced to me about 10 years ago, so I have been a fan for a while, but I am glad that I now have the opportunity to share it with others. What I love about CBD is that people forget that everyone has an endocannabinoid system in their body. Our bodies respond very well to this plant, and specifically the isolation of CBD. And, when you’re in the water, and your pores are open, you are getting the full effect of the CBD. I also use CBD creams on muscle aches when I’m sore from workouts and tinctures to help with anxiety.
