The main boxing studio has 40 bags and offers group sessions, 7 days a week. Check out the Shadowboxing website
here to see the schedule and sign up for sessions ahead of time or to buy packaged classes. It’s only $34 per class, and each class is 45 minutes long.
The studio also offers 75-minute private sessions for up to 13 people, and is $55 per session.
If you’re looking for individual training, you can purchase 60-minute sessions of private ring training for $150.
