Parkour
Parkour is a dance-boxing mash up which involves body strength to jump over obstacles, like walking up walls and swinging around banisters. There are mats stacked up in different configurations in the studio, and you scale them using yoga, gymnastics and trampoline techniques. Those with limited aerobic experience should start with parkour, as it will help improve overall body strength and conditioning.
