Martha's Vineyard Diet
This new diet
detox program was designed by registered nurse and naturopathic doctor Roni DeLuz, who created it while fighting fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. The diet offers a two-day, seven-day, or 21-day plan that involve juice meals every two hours. The choices range from fruit and vegetable juices, as well as powdered antioxidant berry and green drinks.
Once the diet ends, DeLuz suggests slowly going back to eating foods such as vegetables, soy milk, salmon, and such, along with nutritional supplements and protein powder.
The diet emphasizes both cleansing and weight loss, with a focus on healthy habits and careful application.
