Raw Food Detox
Celebrities like Demi Moore and Beyonce have embraced the virtues of a
raw food diet as a way of cleansing the system and losing a few pounds in a healthy way. The diet suggests consuming fruits, vegetables, whole grains and seeds, as well as moderate animal products, such as eggs and fish. However, at the most stringent level, dieters only consume raw fruits, vegetables, and juices.
This diet also allows for the consumption of raw desserts, or foods such as 75% dark chocolate.
