Last year you helped develop STRONG By Zumba. How is it different from a regular Zumba class?
Zumba is well-known for its mix of fitness and dance movements. We wanted to create a high intensity workout that reflects that. Zumba was looking in the market and what Beto [Perez] (the founder of Zumba) really liked were all these HIIT workouts, these martial arts workouts, but what he felt was missing was synchronization, with every move having a beat. We wanted to create something that would have that synchronization to the music - which would push people. So we came in and said "let's do something different, let's make a workout that has a different expression to music."
