SkyTing
You fell in love with the practice of yoga before you even took your first downward facing dog because you saw the regimens being practiced on your Instagram feed. You took your first class led by a yogalebrity at a yoga event during Coachella festival solely for the 'gram, but you got hooked after that. As soon as you got back to the city, you literally Googled, "chicest yoga studio" and SkyTing, which coincidentally has been featured in W, Vogue, and Well + Good as the It Girl studio right now, popped up first. You spent over $100 on a Manduka mat even though you had only taken one class in your life at that point. But at least you finally got to put your Lululemon and Alo fitness gear into use by...you know...actually working out in them for the first time instead of wearing them to brunch.
And you know what? That impulsive investment you made actually paid off! Sure, you do love the aesthetic behind yoga with the trippy poses on social media and the fun and flirty workout gear, but it really did resonate with you once you got into it! But now, you just wear your Alo and Lululemon threads to brunch, yet again, and spend copious amounts of money on Spiritual Gangster and Teeki because you need to stay on theme, and those are more appropriate for yoga! So yes, when you started yoga, you were kind of missing the point. But now you no longer need a Xanax prescription, you just want a Xanax prescription (there's a difference!). And you're starting to be less shrill with your barista in the mornings. You go girl!
