IFC shows the best selection of movies in NYC. In the space of a week you could see Goodfellas, Clueless, Rushmore, The Holy Mountain, Fight Club, and Spirited Away. IFC doesn't skew anything and it subscribes to all cults. Cult horror, cult 80s, cult comedy - they play it all. With its old-school marquee and small theaters, IFC feels the right amount of gritty and very authentic New York.
***If you're a Beatles fan, they frequently screen Yellow Submarine and A Hard Day's Night.
