Even though it's atop SIXTY LES, Make Believe usually misses a spot on those “Guides to the Best Hotel Rooftops.” That’s because if you are heading there, you aren’t going to hang out outdoors. Sure there are two patios with sweeping views of the skyline, but the real reason you go to Make Believe is because you want to feel like you are at a Tiki bar that would likely host the Marc Jacob NYFW runway show after-party, or you just want to update your 'gram with a pic on a hot pink dial-up wall-phone. Some advise: dodge the phone and go for a shot in front the emo-rock leopard wallpaper instead.
