Gitano Garden of Love
Before I even begin to describe why on earth you should go here, know that this place requires a bit of pre-planning. Only go here if you make a reservation. There is a bouncer at the door, a self-proclaimed "model" named Francisco. Don't even bother trying to hit on him to get in; the only way you get into this place is by being on the "list," which is really just comprised of OpenTable reservations. But, if you are a part of the rare breeds that plan your weekend nights, then you might enjoy the space that feels pretty exclusive (because the line of people waiting is a glorified door frame that won't move) and tropical. Not quite a tiki bar, but also not quite an all-inclusive resort in Cabo. More of a tropical retreat in the off season, which is always the best time to go to Maui anyways.
