Sotto 13 has just launched a new pre-fixe weekend brunch with unlimited cocktails. In addition, they've launched a DIY Prosecco tray. You can choose this option as part of the pre-fixe for an additional $15, or if you're feeling especially creative, you can purchase an entire bottle of bubbly plus a larger tray of fixings for $55. The tray includes mixers like lychee and blood orange juice in addition to flavored liquors like Aperol and fig infused vodka. Let's not forget the garnish - pomegranate seeds, candied ginger, and fresh berries, just to name a few. Follow recipe cards or freestyle it for a custom creation.
