Brasserie Beaumarchais and RdV./Kiss & Fly
Brasserie Beaumarchais Brasserie Beaumarchais is one of the most well known places in New York to go for a high energy dinner before going out. The dinner starts off calmly, perhaps with an order of steak tartare or filet mignon, but then the nightly DJ arrives and well, you know the deal. Rosé and Champagne flow like you're in St. Tropez and by the time you know it, your 9 PM dinner has ran into the early hours of the morning. Which conveniently is just the right time to check out the two hotspots next door. [Photo via] RdV. Rendevous (which is RdV.'s full name) is a hidden lounge right underneath Beaumarchais. A night at RdV. is like going to a party at your friend's Park Avenue apartment. Vintage Victorian chairs and surrealist artwork make up the decor and some new renovations, which include a grand back area behind the relocated DJ booth, help make the space larger. The bartenders at RdV. also serve some of the best Mojitos we've ever tried and of course there is a full bottle service menu. [Photo via] Kiss & Fly Kiss & Fly is one of the better known house music clubs in New York. This club hosts high octane parties which feature some of the best names in house music such as Serge Devant. The main circular dance floor is where the action is, but when purchasing bottle service, the outer ring or VIP section is the place to be. Effects such as Co2 cooling gas, lasers and LED lights keep the party going all night long. Be sure to beat the long lines by arriving earlier in the night.
