Thursday: The Broad Green Room at The Wooly
Then it was off to The Wooly for The Broad Green Room hosted by Interview Magazine. We were greeted at the door by a pair of fashionable gals behind an imposing table in the grand entryway of the historic Woolworth Building. Then, as if summoned by some sort of lighthearted magic, Eric Adolfsen, the proprietor, slid onto the table to break the ice and to welcome us. Inside we were treated to a refreshing playlist courtesy of this gorgeous Grace Jones clone, playing her heart out in the DJ booth. Her name is @DJStiletto and we ask you: is it fair that she DJs so well and looks so good doing it? No. No it is not.
The most memorable line of the night? Someone said “Did you hear Chelsea Clinton’s pregnant?” and without missing a beat someone else said “It wasn’t me!” Classic.
