Asher Roth's rap set at Hudson Terrace got the crowd moving, smiling and from the looks of things generally feeling the love. Discovered on MySpace with flows about "middle-class minutiae," the man behind the rhymes embraces his unconventional look for someone bumping the beats. A skinny, t-shirt wearing white boy? Love it. The kids grooving to the tunes seem to agree. Picking each other up, drunk i-love-yous, loss of clothing, sparkler bottle service, hands-up dancing, laughing at people dancing (possibly my own favorite pastime)...totes a Best 2k night.
