Behold Avenue.
This is the very first photo of the new restaurant/lounge in Chelsea. Even though Avenue officially opens next week, Noah Tepperberg and Jason Strauss hosted a small "friends and family" dinner party to celebrate co-owner Danny "A" Abeckaser's 36th birthday last night. It was a chance for their closest pals to preview the new space that they have been working so hard on transforming. Guests included Jason Binn, fashion designer Luca Luca, actor Jesse Eisenberg, singer Ryan Leslie, comedian Jeff Beacher and supermodel Anne V.

Most everyone we've talked to has at least mentioned the Kobe beef slider's, or the grilled cheese sandwiches that were being passed around last night. The Strategic Group wrote the rules on how to please a star filled party, so this comes as no surprise.
