I am becoming more and more convinced that the Koch brothers don't sleep. If there were ever a better sign of the advantages of youth, it's these twins and their undying energy. While most of us were still sleeping off our New Year's Hangover on the following Saturday, like clockwork, Derek and Daniel hosted one of their brunch party at Merkato 55. This after they had two New Year's Parties (Merkato's bash followed by Bijoux's). There is no end in site for the brothers who's fans have followed them from Le Bilboquet, Jour et Nuit, and now Merkato 55. It's one of the reason's they are this years "Top 10 Industry Insiders of 2008" and their "unlikely empire" will continue to grow steam.
