Katana Kitten
A cool kid cocktail bar combining Japanese and American sensibilities, Katana Kitten boasts two levels, kitschy decor, and serious sips. With three nightlife vets at the helm (Saxon + Parole's Masahiro Urushido, Cocktail Kingdom's Greg Boehm and Boilermaker's James Tune), the watering hole definitely manages to check every box. The drink menu is succinct - five highballs, five signature cocktails, and five boilermakers - but no less full of Japanese surprises. It's an escape to what feels like an underground Tokyo izakaya.
