A no-frills spot for serious cocktail connoisseurs, the highly-anticipated Existing Conditions comes to us from Dave Arnold (Booker and Dax), Don Lee (PDT), and Greg Boehm (Cocktail Kingdom and Katana Kitten!). The simple interiors allow the true stars of the bar - the drinks - to take center stage. Ingredients in the experimental cocktails are clarified, centrifuged, and pressure cooked to perfection. There's even a custom carbonation system to create the ideal amount of bubbles. Need a sip fast? A vintage vending machine dispenses bottled versions of martinis, Manhattans, and rum and coke.
