Mezcal Aperol Sour “MAS”
INGREDIENTS
1.5 Doña Vega Mezcal
.5oz Aperol
.75oz lemon juice
.75oz agave
1 egg white
INSTRUCTIONS
Reverse dry shake (shake with ice), strain ice from the tin, dry shake, garnish with grenadine drops on froth. Enjoy best in a coupe!
