Sour Beer: Hipster Fad Or Here To Stay?

Plenty of bars within Manhattan have sour beers, but some are definitely better than others. The Proletariat, a small bar in the East Village, is generally filled to the brim with craft beers and regularly flaunts sours, such as Buxton Wolfscote Black Sour, and other great ales on their menu. It’s a small space with no more than a dozen stools placed at the bar, so try and beat the beer crowed and snag a seat otherwise you’ll be standing. [Photo via @beerphotos]
